Hey Pro! Great video!! I just had a quick question. I’m using two Turtle Beach Recon 70 headphones with mics for the program, but it only recognizes one of the mics. When I go to select the mic for input 2, then it just moves it from input 1. If there’s anything you know that can help with this I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks!! Keep up the great work!!
That's weird, I'm not sure why that is, are they USB headsets? It should work if they show up as separate mics in the Windows sound settings
@@AviationPro No, they are two 3.5mm jack headsets. I’m using a Y splitter cable
@@nathans1599 Ah than that’s the problem I’m afraid… then it would only work with another usb headset
@@AviationPro Oh man. That’s a shame. Do you think it would work with a splitter that has a usb type A on the end? Meaning that both headphones go into that, or do they have to be separate?
@@nathans1599 i’m not sure… not an expert on this! Maybe there are some Voicemeeter forums to try
May I know where to get the MCP you are using?
It’s the CPFlight MCP 737 EL version
Realistic zoom is a pet peeve of mine from waaaay back in fs9 lol. I know some zoom out because of visibility in the sim, but I hate the warped fisheye effect on cockpits and externals. So much so I can't even watch videos or follow sim channels which do it. Much appreciate your real world perspective on everything.
I agree haha, glad you liked it! :)
Omg so pleased for you congratulations on flying the real 777. I love how humble you are 🎉
Thank you!
Hey man, I’m so happy to have caught your stream earlier. It seems you know a lot about how the real triple 7 operates. Have you become an airline pilot?
As the title says, yes :)
In general, I find the physics inconsistent in FS 2020. While taxi, the plane weighing 168 tons reacts like a piece of cardboard.
True that, I think the 777 doesn’t implement the new ground friction model yet either
After flying the 777 yesterday and today it does roll easier on the taxi compared to the 737. Actually like it.
Nice review Evert!
@@erwinhoogman thanks Erwin! 😉
Great meeting you at FSexpo! Great stream, learned a lot from your insights!
Likewise sir! Glad you enjoyed the stream ;)
So glad to have you back in the new sim. Back in the days, I enjoyed your tutorials especially with the pmdg 737 in fsx. Congratulations, you made it in the real aviation!
Thank you so much! :)

Bound for HK
What graphic settings do you use in msfs 2020?
2 more days...
can someone help me? i did everything i could but i keep seeing double jetways.
I love long haul because as a student, when I get a lot of HW or need to do a lot of studying, long haul keeps me bound to my desk, and it kinda motivates me to study or finish up my hw, although personally I find the A/C noise distracting and mute it while I‘m studying, albeit ATC I gotta keep an eye out for. I also recommend Trans-Pacific/Atlantic routes as there‘s usually not a lot a people so not much ATC disturbance.
The tutorials you are making are absolutely amazing, so easy to understand and a very good explanation. Thanks!
You are very welcome! Enjoy the PMDG 777 once it’s out for MSFS 😉
who here is studying for later 777 pmdg msfs ?
Lol.. I just practives the missed approach for Innsbruck yesterday on my own and decided to inform myself more on missed approaches/go arounds and here you use it as example. Innsbruck is an insane airport with those huge mountains going up like 2000m to the left and right. Quiet the scenery as well. I probably didnt fly it quiet perfect since i didnt have anything in my MCDU and just flew it as best as i could and then directed to the holding point which is RTT NDB in the chart used in the video. The GA has changes since though and you fly into the right canyon proably to gain more altitude first and have more space for your turn, maybe thats because more larger aircrafts have been flying there? not sure. Either way it only got more complicated since..
Time to study haha
who else is preparing to fly into omdb june 25th when it releases in msfs?? 😂
Better get ready... 😉
I would argue your 2nd negative can be something positive as well. You can make a positive impact, you can teach the next generation. Yeah some people will fuck up the taxi or maybe they even crash the landing, these things can happen. Of course it would be ideal if everyone already had a great understanding, but then again as you said sometimes ATC can be a bit boring especially in lower traffic situations and surely you got the time on hand to help a newer VATSIM pilot out. Think about it this way, many of those often very young VATSIM pilots might just be the future pilots of our world, or maybe they will become ATCs themselves. They are exited about flying and exited enought about the actual procedures that they installed VATSIM after flying for a while. They often are nervous and shy about making any mistakes so you can really have a positive impact and show them that they are welcome. I think most people can relate well, we all have started flying at some point and I dare the first guy who has never crashed a plane in the sim to raise his hand. So yeah in a couple of weeks these people might start feeling more confident and enjoy VATSIM and start being more experienced. Maybe they will even fly to and from your Airport more often, especially if you had a positive impact on them and the traffic is low and they feel like their mistakes are corrected in a positive way they can learn from rather than being negative about it.
Hi, do you know where can I find PDF format for this EFB?
Starting to get into vatsim already know how to file a ifr flight plan but im tired of talking to an ai atc
Hi AvPro, I have too many subs but will keep yours for nostalgia. You helped make me a sim fan addict. What are you doing now, what plane?
Thanks Steve! I’m now flying on the Boeing 777 & 787 as a Second Officer, MSFS is still a hobby though :)

my whole family thinks as a pilot u are gone pretty much the whole time but it isnt really true, good video aswell
